Commissioned by *nerine-riin for her OTP of Fried x Mirajane from Fairytail. :]First part of the commission (fullbody): [link]
This is the second part of the commission. :]
Again, I'm super sorry if they're out of character, I don't read Fairytail so I don't know how the characters act or interract with each other, besides from what I've read on wikipedia.
Anyway, I gave Mirajane a new outfit, since I wanted to draw her in something a little shorter~ I kept most of the design/colors of her normal outfit, but just changed it a bit. Same with Fried, except the only difference is that the sleeves are shorter.
Chibis <3 I really like this piece. :3

I'm liking the colouring style you used here, it makes the lines less bold. Kinda softer, in a way.
Or maybe it's been a gradual progression over time and I haven't noticed *shot*

Yeah, I sketched it in pencil first, then scanned and made the lineart by using sketchy strokes with a light brown instead of black

An experiment. I was trying to make it look like that one artist's work that I keep linking you to xD but it ended up becoming my own style of coloring

It looks great the way it is, I really like it! It's still your style, but it's more subtle, and it gives the opportunity to really look at the shading.
