Description Realistic-ish version of pokemon chatot.
Design based mainly on masked lovebirds, and maybe some birds of paradise. I originally planned to do also background and have it battle some other pokemon, but meh, this will have to do.

Very nice! I think you've done him quite well indeed, even if he is a trifle boring according to Wigglytuff (Pokemon MD reference) XD
