WARNING: THIS WAS AN EXPERIMENT! IT WAS NOT INTENDED TO BE A MASTERPIECE.

With that said, I think it turned out okay. This was my first time CGing a picture seriously.

Anyway, this picture spawned from me watching Teen Titans (I downloaded the whole series... ^_^U). I wanted to make a random OC, and it was a perfect opportunity to try CGing, since the Teen Titans characters have almost no details whatsoever. She has ice powers, in case you couldn't tell, and she doesn't have a name because I was too lazy to think one up. And no, I don't know why she's wearing shorts and a tank top in a snow storm. (She's too cool to wear warm clothes, I guess.) Her eyes are supposed to be glowing, too.

It took me about 3 hours total. I used GIMP to CG it.
