Description
The Divinea Valley is a very special region, because it does not belong to any State. It is a completely natural territory, considered sacred by the inhabitants of Atlesia. Its name 'Divinea' is reminiscent of the Divine name because it is considered the most beautiful place. The highest mountains rise there, including Mount Capus, with a height of 17'000 metres. The base of this huge mountain can be seen on the left of the picture, behind the waterfall. It is so high that only part of it can be seen. At this point in the valley there is a long natural dam, similar to the one at Rodlea, only a little shorter and smaller. The tallest trees in Vandresia (in the picture cannot be seen) grow here and can exceed 150 metres in height.
The only anthropic structure present is a railway built on the valley floor.
