- The Magician appears in THoTD 1 (as the Final boss), 2 (mid-boss), 3 (as a hidden bonus item), 4 (same as 3) and 4: Special (once again a Final boss). This makes the Magician a recurring villain in the series.
- The abilities of the Magician are: Pyrokinesis (ability to generate fire), levitation and high-speed teleportation.
