I'd probably rather the fox squirrel lol.
I kind of wished they would have gotten to show the Giant Warrior completed, but it lent itself to the story perfectly. Yea, the secret room was cool. I just loved the whole concept of the bugs, the Toxic Forrest, the glider she rode etc. Miyazaki always throws in some moral about nature, or he shows his love of the trees, woods, forest.. even in the smallest of ways. That's something that I find very appealing and something I love about his movies.

The fox squirrel just reminded me a little of my silver sable ferret. The way he used to push his head into my hand to be rubbed and how he ran around and the way he played. A baby ome would be cool lol but on a more "keep it in the backyard/glass tank" kind of way haha. I loved how in depth the whole movie was, when Nausicaa came across the Ome shell, then cut out the clear eye, the pollen falling like snow, all the original funi, spores, insects etc.. I love alien forrests, plants, jungles, trees etc.

true,
but Hayao Miyazaki films are always so much money..even at some of the lower rate stores they're still around $20/$22
When most new films coming out are $14/15

Reminds me of "Nausica: Valley of the winds" if you have seen it. Awesome.

Wow, cool. Photoshop? Painter? Tablet? The poses of the men flying don't look natural (not that I should know,) and maybe some sharper definition in the monsters would be good. Great job, tho. ;D

Photoshop.. I think I was using CS2 at the time, maybe 7.0 I can't remember. Yea I mentioned earlier to someone about how I stuck too close to the references for the people in the foreground.

OK, thanks for sharing! Yeah, don't worry about it, though. Just as a jumping start to know more for the next project.
