Description
I did do these in the same style as the Silicone based life sketches, though I didn't exactly intend for this kind of creature to be "silicone life". It's just more of an alien creature with a crustacean-like appearance.some of the smaller thumbs were silicone designed..

I think, strangely, my favorite is little #95. Very cool designs all around, though, as always.

It would take me like 10 hours to divulge all the information
Honestly, I just don't have the time at the moment. At one point I was serving as a mentor "online" to a few artist, helping them with creature design.
One piece of advice: Learn animal and human anatomy, in and out. When designing a creature, don't make it too obvious which parts of existing animals you're using when combining various parts of one, two, three or more animals. That includes extinct animals, humans, dinosaurs, prehistoric mammals..
Eventually you won't need reference which will help the design look and flow more naturally. Looking at reference too much will cause your design to reflect what you're looking at too closely. You don't want an elephant body with the head of a shark and 6 gorilla arms. Instead, you want to try and show a little bit of gorilla/elephant in the shark-related head and continue this way throughout the rest of the design. This way it looks more natural, you also need to ask some questions when designing.
How does it eat? how does the food get to the mouth, or how does it drink water (assuming it drinks and eats things similar to what we find on earth).
How does it move? is it slow, quick, does it trot, jump, bounce, gallop, sprint etc.
What's the scale of the creature? How big is it
Is it a carnivore, herbivore, omnivore, scavenger or something else? If so.. that will affect the design of the teeth and other aspects of its body.
Is it docile, dangerous...?
Where does it live? does it live in a swamp, in desserts, mountains, highlands, caves, jungles etc..
Whats its background history/evolution? How did this creature come to be?
Those are just a few things to ask yourself during and after you've designed something. Figure out how things work. How the mouth opens how the legs and other appendages bend when walking, jumping or moving.

If I was doing this as a hobby I'd love to give u as much help as possible over MSN, but I honestly just don't have the time. Sorry
The best I can do is to tell you to go to youtube and look my name up.. they're not very informative but I have some time lapsed videos. Some of them are narrated, but I hate talking to "myself"..by myself.

My schedule isn't written in stone and I don't know what time I'll have from month to month, things come up, plans change, personal time etc. I couldn't tell you to be honest.
