There's no difference in color in her mouth and outside of it besides the shading, i can barely tell what's going on with her mouth and it looks weird. Great tutorial,but the mouth needs a little work.

I agree, but that was the very first thing I noticed because I couldn't figure out if her mouth was partially open or closed. It does need some work, but the general concept of shading and everything is pretty decent.

Ohhh lovely, I never tried creating color or really any adjustment layers. Now to go experiment! I particularly love the blue glowy on the inks. Nice touch.
