I'm guessing you've never played the game, "Witch's House". Shes completely Evil when you get the True Ending because you find out what she really did and who she really is.

This is the Witches House, for anybody who is wondering. I find the game interesting, but too dark for my tastes. It is supposed to be based off of a real mythology or legend, that kids in Japan talk about or use. It's called the red hand if I recall. lol It's been a while since I've read about it. The game is very interesting though, it hasn't left my mind since seeing it.
