its not noticeable here xD but there was a game review somewhere else, the put pictures of ps3 version and 360 version, then they went on about how less contrast all that about the ps3 version one, it took me a while to notice the difference, but its because ppl pointed it out specifically, if not it'd stay hidden forever xD

I... guess you have to start with a full HD TV? Or is that just an effect to show that they are using a screen?
Though it is a lazy port, atleast in the sense that they didn't even try to use the higher computing power of the PS3.
