Hey guys,So you never really saw the different vantage points of the elite I made a long time ago. Luckily I had these images rendered out. I just figured I'd upload them. Nothing is new here, this was created years ago.

It's amazing, but in my mind, the Elites lokked kinda... different...
My picture in mind says that the pelvis is too small :/
but as said- it's an amazing work

Wow. Just wow. I'm about to eat my foot over that texture.
Although he does look quite a bit like the Halo Wars elites (good job on that), I also want to point out that he looks like a twisted cross-species of an elite and a brute.
What impresses me most about this render is how completely... forerunner the armor looks. Between the glyphs, the texture itself, and the patterns in the armor, it's really convincing. Nice work...

Oh, I don't disagree that there is room for improvement here, the poly count is kind of low, there's no detail maps whatsoever, and the bump is basically non-existant (particularly the skin needs some texture, but the metal could also use a brushed metal bump).
I'm much more impressed by the material, the composition, and the effects put to work here.
At any rate, I quite like it.

Despite the obviously alien features, (Inverted ankles/knees, multiple mandibles, 4 fingers...) this Elite has more of a human-like build. His waist doesn't taper like the normal Elites, and it stays at a near-consistent width. His arm width/thickness also doesn't vary, and (I'm imagining them without armor) they seem thicker and a bit more consistent in size than normal Elites.
