AIM=Advanced Idea Mechanics, plus it's also the name of a brand of toothpaste, however I prefer Arm & Hammer, Hulk would go for something with a brand name like Ready, Aim, SMASH!

The superfluous side dialogue ("Turquoise went out with disco," "You had one job, Ralph") is one of the things that makes your work so enjoyable and sets it above others in this specific category of fan art. I also like you you've been adding more texture to the backgrounds to give it a "painted" appearance, just like the backgrounds in these old cartoons. Your Betty is astonishingly on model in both the panels here. She looks very attractive in panel one and I like the facial expression in panel four. The only criticism is that the layout in the same panel makes it a little unclear she's being injected by the AIM agent as opposed to just fainting, because you can only see a bit of the syringe and not his hand. But all the other factors mentioned, plus the innovative page layout, makes for another fantastic installment.
