Work In Progress. Styill need to touch it up some. I am thinking of calling it Gemini. What do you think. And yes there are 2 faces in this one... Can you see em? youmay have to stand on your head to see it though.Related content

See. I told you your work was good. I understand why you want to wait on the gallery, but really what would it hurt to call and see what they have to say? Especially if you continue to paint/create as quickly as you are right now.

Keep it mike, i see your being more prolific in your work and stylings, thats great! Though you should call the gallery if you want to book somthing several months from now ( what are you waiting for?) you have a unique style, do not wait till you get old. I am sure you will have enough workby the time to set up your show. When i comes to framing, if you go to the right places (thrift Stores or buy and paint your own frames (Ac Moore, or Michaels, places i hate, but you can find good deals for unfinished frames there) it will not cost you to much. It is worth the investment. You got talent dude, don't wait. It takes a while to become known, so start now. Do not get annoyed with me i am just trying to push a good original artist. Plesae call the gallery. I know it is nervewracking at first, but wouldn't it be nice to make a living doing what you love? I know i would and I am doing whatever it takes to get there, and i will. I hope to see you there to.

Of course i would love to make a living doing this. And yes I am scared a bit. I will call them and see what they have to say. I would love to have my work viewed by the masses. I think that is the dream of any artist, to be noted and live eteranlly through their work. I thank you so much, and i am feverishly working to turn out some pieces that are gallery worthy. Thanks for the tips on making frames as well. But still it will take me a bit of money to get tere and stay in NYC for the time I need to. Did you exhibit there? and did you sell pieces there? I was just curious. It is my dream to be noticed and be seen. i just need a bit more prep work thats all. Again. i cannot make there until April most likely. It will cost me about $700 to $1000 for the trip, not to mention the $200 up front I will need. I just need a little time to get that money together to do so. thanks again for all your support. And I will call them, in the near future.

Yes Mike, i did exhibit there, i sold 3 works, but most of all it got me exposure. That in itself is priceless. You know what they say about NYC is true. That if you can make here you can make it anywhere. It sux, but in order to be a success you have to invest a little in yourself. Ask youreslf the question, are you worth it.

Thanks I have no idea what to charge for my work either. And I am my own worst critic when it comes to my work. Assk anyone. Ok not the worst, my ex GF was very critical. LOL. But that is another story entirely. But I just pray I am good enoguh, you know what I mean? Since I was very young people have been talented and not to waste it, but I see many talents out there, it is rather overwhelming, but I will make the call and see how deep the rabbit hole goes...

This is a WIP? Looks pretty much finished to me! What I first noticed was the great choice of colors; they give the work some "classic" looking touch and for some reason I find that quite spooky.

And I need to highlight a bit. And perhaps add a ting of white to it to bring up the light areas. Not sure yet. I am never satified with my work. Always could be better.
