i gotta start scanning my own negatives...i really hate when a frame gets clipped like this because they dont want to scan the the top of the neg. i guess i could also tell them to do that..Diana F+

Disregarding the scan... I really love this piece. And even the scan itself does not bother me all that much. There's such a great atmosphere captured in those colours and lighting and lines. It's beautiful.

I was going to comment on the scan before I read your comment.
It's a shame it's so badly scanned.
Do you have a good digital camera and the original negative? Because it is possible to use it to shoot the negative with pretty good results.

hmm..i have friends with 7Ds and D50's, ill see if i can shoot it.
admittedly, i cut off a bit of the tip of the arrow, but it still looks better than whats here. this particular lab is actually pretty diligent and does great work, but this is my one beef with them.

I got tired of all of that, and I now just get my film developed and scan everything myself.
I wish I could afford to develop myself too... I'm also too scared I'll lose entire rolls of film by making mistakes!

yeah, i hear you. ill eventually get my shit together and just buy a scanner (cheaper in the long run than $10 to scan each roll).
