Personally I'm not that good at doing water myself. It takes a lot of practice and I still have a long way to go myself but people asked it and they got it

I personally use watercolor tool to blend but using regular blur will do just as well. It's mostly matter of preference.

Actually, I think you could have stopped at step 6, blending makes it look like the flowers are bleeding in the water.

well I did actually but accidentally merged down 2 layers abΓΆnd blended it too much. Fixed it bit in the end.
