I decided to draw another of the first guardians. This here's Bissthalan the ice guardian.

I came up with her backstory a while back and my memory is fuzzy, but from what I remember she belonged to a noble high class family of ice dragons. She was a spoiled child and was trained by her mother, who was a soldier, on advanced ways of using her ice abilities in combat.

During the war against the apes her home was raided and her entire family slaughtered in front of her. Her mother had managed to hide her before the apes broke into their home, her sacrifice was something Bissthalan never forgot.
No longer was she a spoiled child but an orphan, the last of her bloodline. She grew up in an abusive orphanage, during the rest of her childhood she would train her element so that she may become a soldier like her mother and prevent anyone else from losing their families.

However when she was offered the role of being the ice guardian she chose that instead, she felt it more beneficial to be training young dragons to defend themselves, as well as take in hatchlings who had lost their families. She also chose this role as she would be protecting the Dragon City itself and not just fight on the battlefield.
