Selje'erke deserves a full portrait someday soon, because A) he's ridiculously fun to draw (ridiculously), B) you must all marvel at his beautiful bare feet (hahahalupiehaha), and C) if I don't do it my brain might implode. Just because. But for the time being we'll have to do with the Ed-Sullivan treatment: you see nothing below the waist! (Actually, it was the shoulders, but bah, you don't care. You don't even get what I'm talking about.)

...I'm having waaaaaay too much fun designing Selje'erke's random dresses and jewelry. He's such a clotheshorse. Greatest excuse for me to draw pointless details EVER! 8D I'd love to have a peek through his wardrobe, oooh lordy lordy.

The Knights are an easily distinguished breed of fae; they tend to be the most humanoid, other than their royals, and are also generally the tallest fae. Selje'erke has a typical elongated form and reaches roughly six-five (it's tricky to get an accurate measurement) in his bare feet, not counting headdresses or big hair. Although physically imposing (even in a dress, my goodness), Selje'erke only turns on the scary act when he's got his sword drawn, which happens somewhat rarely. Beware; he's got unbelievable reflexes.

EDIT: haha, let's hear it for misleading titles! i didn't like it, so i changed it. dunno why i didn't like it 'le funambule' is the title of a medieval-ish song by neil brook. it's french for a tightrope act, i think. ...i'm big on this muuuuusic now D:
