camoflage is four nuuuuurrdsss! lol

The German army got away with hardly any camouflage during the world wars. Only at the end of the war did troops have camouflage in numbers, and hardly any of them wore full camouflage. Most combat took place in cities and open fields, didn't it?

Camo is useful for low level actions which often take place nowadays. It would depend on your expected combat environment whether it is needed or not. I mean for example Bratislavskaya expects most fighting it will be involved to take place in taiga forests and European Western Europe, thus camo is issued. The IDF only really operates in shrubland (and half of that is against random non militant Muslims) so it isn't really needed .
