RatRaceEscapee is a heavily layered Photomanip created in PaintShop Pro X.i decided to add this to the macabre/horror gallery cause i guess it is pretty macabre.. no? he/she sure managed to get out of the rat race.. but the price to pay was rather high.. so better try to stay out of it in the first place... .......

Cool and dark...getting out of the rat race sure takes it's toll. Maybe I'll just hang around and watch the rats race....looks like a safer place.

At one time in France people used to say they would go and look after sheep on the Larzac plateau. Some of them did. We knew a university professor who did and he became a well known theologian. Still he said that you can't meditate when you are keeping sheep.

yes.. you cant. it is not possible. sheep are stupid and you have to watch them constantly. but going from one extreme to the other is also not a solution.. in my eyes..

He gave up "wordly" ostentation and adopted a simple life but he did give sort of seminars at his home every year. We knew him through a friend. My husband liked him. That was in our "Christian" period.
