My mom told me this looks like a St. Patrick's Day picture, but I think it's either way too late or way too early for that

great shading, clothing, design, and backround.
but wat you need to work on the hands.
ive gotten better over the years, and ive learned that anime hands are very long and skinny.
on your characters right hand her fingers are way too far apart, and her left, the hand in general is too small.
i hope my critique was of some help.
but seriosly, good pic, keep it up.
