o-o meep. This is Sesmor, my beloved Anubian Oracle Star-walker, right as the pool shifts from Night to day as the sky turns day to night, and she turns from imagery and echo's in the water to a solid form, horse sized form. o-O Anubian's come in two sizes -- Tiny and HUGE. Yeah: Sadly, Neopets stopped letting me update pages anymore over a decade ago for some reason (the submit button was just.. Gone so I couldn't update) so, being unable to update my characters pages, I Sort of moved over to Gaia online breedable shops. With image hosts dying out or making themselves unusable (I'm looking at you photobucket), they've fallen further and further into disrepair..
I tried getting back onto neopets a few times, but last time I visited I immediately got attacked by a computer virus and backed off.
HOWEVER I am SO GLAD I was able to inspire you so many years ago!

They've changed ownership about 5 times. I left for the same reason and came back recently since a friend told me the new owners loosened up on the strict no foreign site role when it comes to coding. You can use images from any site now, even DA.
Not that you need to go back, but just a heads up ;3
Yet again, thank you for inspiring the child me to draw. I was terrible, but it did lay the foundation for what I can do now.

I have to say YEARS ago, this was one of my FIRST inspirations to become serious about art. I found it again in the favorites of one of my old accounts. I remember looking at this and thinking how detailed and pretty the stars and colors were, and it's funny that now I can actually grasp how someone could do this in photoshop or elsewhere, and it's still just as amazing to me! c: It might sound silly, but it's actually rather sentimental b/c of it's effect on my younger self

XD Actually, I made this for the layout, then cropped it to turn into a deviation! XD Anyway... Always try to think of the characters personality and look first, and try to get them into the picture easily.

Didnt note that, but your right! Though, I was thinking more in mythology and how Oracles were sometimes in pools of water rather then real people in Caves. And the lady of the lake. Anubians are a mixture of African, Medditaranian, Arabic, and Asian mythology and ancient culture. Sesmor is less Eqyption and more greek. X3 But a little of both, though.
