This is wonderful.
I don't know what it is, but it touches me somewhere in my brains ... it's sexy, too.
I love this kind of natural symmetry. The light in the back is very well done and subtle, and the armour is great, too.
I like how the air looks full of miasma. This piece already has too many faves, haha, but I will add yet another one.

Great picture, the spirit in the background to the left really adds to the atmoshpere of the picture as well as the skeletons towards the base. Well done.
BUT, i think if you were going to keep it more accurate to real decomposing bodies, they would have less hair unless they still had alot of their skin, in which case they would be more zombie like and less skeletal... do you see my point?

Since I don't see it I must ask, where is the hilt? Also, the bottom half does kind of take your attention away. The char. has a Dani Filth feel to him, or maybe just a Norwegian Black Metal singer/guitarist thing... Satyricon or Dimmu Borgir. Very good char., pose and etc.

this thing he holds in front of himself is a sword, right ? (by the way, i really like the shape of the blade) where's the shaft of it (is that the right word?

It's art like this that inspires me to make cool villains for my RPGs. It has an awesome feel to it, great work. I like his eyes, they're so creepy and piercing, it feels like he's looking to throw one's soul into eternal damnation.
