Some things I like to report that are positive are the lighting, anatomy, and color of this piece. The wings are majestic, as well as her regal poise. The scenery around her seems calm yet suspenseful to me, and I extremely admire the detail you put into the cloud. However, I wasn't sure but were you considering putting an ocean under Celestia? I see speckles of the water's reflection under her that's represents the sun's ray on the waves, but I wasn't sure. Celestia's hair looks beautiful, especially with the sparkles, but if you don't mind, the sparkles would look more pristine if they shown brighter.
And here comes the main critiques I felt I need to address in this picture. Unlike other critiques, I felt some things were obvious to me, but not to others. The background seems a bit too blurred in, and Celestia didn't look like ''she was part of the scenery'' unless your goal was to make Celestia be surrounded by clouds as a symbolic representation. Secondly, there was suppose to be a higher opacity on the shading. *Shading was too light, and the clouds that surround her had no obvious effect on her. Also, just like the last critique, her hair seem a bit too perfect, so try adding stray hairs.
Lastly, please list some details on how the background works that might effect the way her hair flows to which direction. Like, is the wind calm or blowing in a direction that changes the clouds in this picture?
Overall, the picture was beautiful and shown you had a lot of creativity, but wasn't very realistic in the matter.

Princess Celestia is a very beautiful and gracious character in the show series,as if for the artwork you represented a very unique point of view. I would start off with the wings- the lower part could've been a little more open-up to create more of an angel look
I also like how you made the "magic", however, it looks very bright so it should've lighten up more of Tia's hair and body,and make the crystals on her crown and necklace (or whatever that is) reflect some purple light in some places
I like how you made the clouds, but next time you can make the clouds in the background a bit blurry
The hair looks a bit too perfect,even for a princess, so try adding more wild hairs in some places
Overall the art is amazing and it fits very well the character

A truly beautiful piece! You really captured Celestia's beauty in this picture.
The amount of detail you put in her hair, with the different colors and those sparkles are amazing!
Her wings are so beautifully designed and very majestic, which is fitting for her, you clearly put a lot of time and effort into them. Her eyes really pop in this picture, looking very lovely. And the background is very well detailed and well done, it makes the lighting really noticeable.
Also the lighting and shading, FANTASTIC job on that!
