I really wanted to attempt some kind of snowy environment, but wasn't sure where to begin. Then I found this awesome piece of line-art over on Devgear's page and I just had to colour it, I mean who doesn't love Wolvie?

Hand coloured with Windsor & Newton Promarkers in around 5 hours, and much fun to colour too! I took a few liberties with my colour selections, I've seen this alternative colour scheme for Wolverine a few times, and much prefer the yellow and brown look, to the traditional yellow and blue.

I ran into a few difficulties, first my lightest blue and grey markers both ran out halfway through colouring the snow, which was a pain in the backside. Also as I was using cheap paper, the ink bled excessively, and a lot of the snowflakes ended up getting inadvertently coloured. Overall it was a good practice session, I love how the yellow costumes contrast with the pale background.
