Wow thats a great idea to use the toothpicks and also the nail polish!! Saves time cuz you dont have to use clay and bake it and put gloss on etc. And this actually keeps the wood-like look to it!! well depending on the toothpick xD

Thanks so much! And it does, your right! I had the idea to do this when I was trying to make a clay pencil, but it kept on turning out to be stout and fat. And it was taking such a looooooong time. c:
