Description
A little something for Mere to hang on her wall. It's like a gift to her, as a thank-you for all of the inspiration.
I drew this in Opencanvas, from one of the beautiful photos she sent me taken by ~einarc . He was kind enought to permit me to use it as reference for the deviation and daprint.

The skin tone and shading is just perfect... and the eyes they're very enticing, they just beg for you to look at them.

eugh, i feel so unorigninal commenting on something that has hundreds of comments allready, as if i'm simply copying! and i haven't got anything useful to say unfortunately, other than...lush. really lush. you've managed to use loads of different colours in the skin, something which shows confidence in your work. anyway, is there a wpe for this?

Its really cool to be able to sit back and take in a portrait of myself, from a completely different perspective. i think im just flattered in general that it was actually worth something to you to do this for me. aside from this beautiful portray of myself you have such amazing skills and really can see beyond the surface, to incorporate colours to convey a certain mood. i really really love this peice i cant say it enough, .. now let me go run along and buy me this print

It's funny how everyone's commenting on the eyes. I think they add alot more emotion to the picture now than had they been small. Besides, it's not like they aren't that realistic. I can do that with my lower lids as well.

Being quite asleep at the moment, it is fair to say that my opinion can quite probably not be trusted. Though, I'm sure that if my eyes were awake, they would believe this to be quite awesome.
