Description
As I won't have time for any new works before around the middle of next month, I thought I would submit this little experimental painting for you guys to fill the gap. ~Enjoy ^_^About the smudginess on the right side of the picture: I thought the ink was water-proof. Apparently is wasn't.

I love the style. Your experiment worked! But then, anything with a cat in it is automatically good XD Joking, this is a very nice concept.
About the smudginess: Ink you think is waterproof NEVER is. It's a fundamental law of the universe.

About the smudgy part though, I can't remember on my ink/watercolour pieces which I did first, but I know that India Ink (which here comes in glass bottles and such...) is waterproof and, if unmixed with water, dries ungodly quickly. Just a note, if you do something else like this sometime

Love the effect, makes me think of charcoal a bit. I like that it looks like the birds are taking a lot of interest in the cat instead of the usual other way around.

This is beautiful! all of the little details really give it a full story. And if I was one of those birds I would be flying the heck away from there because the cat can obviously kick some ass :3

So the cat borrowed an idea from spiders... and made a kitty web. Brilliant. XD I like the style of this a lot. The washed -watercolor background really makes the background seem far off. There's a lot of action in the foreground too. Cool cat!
