Ah, at last! A tutorial! Fullview and have a look, please. :3 Oh, and I'ts done in Paint Shop Pro, but I dont see why the techniques wouldn't work in other similar programs, like Photoshop.School starts at 12.30 today. Mruff.

Just what I needed instead of doing the usual ' use airbrush and do giant cotton balls in the sky' move. I'll try it on openCanvas since I don't have Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop.
