Ah, at last! A tutorial! Fullview and have a look, please. :3 Oh, and I'ts done in Paint Shop Pro, but I dont see why the techniques wouldn't work in other similar programs, like Photoshop.School starts at 12.30 today. Mruff.

Awesome! This really helped when I made this [link] in the GIMP - I've never even drawn clouds before! I just had to remember to adjust the opacity & rate on the smudge tool, and to put the nice white line on the edges!
I tried to find a tutorial for the snowdrifts on the ground, but there aren't any, so I just had to wing it with a few blood brushes and some confetti! Maybe you could do one?
