Ah, at last! A tutorial! Fullview and have a look, please. :3 Oh, and I'ts done in Paint Shop Pro, but I dont see why the techniques wouldn't work in other similar programs, like Photoshop.School starts at 12.30 today. Mruff.

The tutorial is good for anything like Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro since they are similar.

i wonder just one thing: how did u make the sun rays so soft and crisp? i don't have psp but i have ps. are there like similiar tools i can use in ps to do the sun rays? thankful for ur help^^
