I -finally- made a new tutorial for you guys, whee. *does a little dance*I'ts based on some of the wishes I've gotten so far from people, but since there still are a lot of those unfilfilled, I guess I'll be doing more of these little three-in-one tutorials. Although, the fur-tutorial has been on my list for so long, I think I'll do that one next.

i don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet but in Ps you can make that irritating part of the snow one easier by using the Shape Dynamics section of the Brushes panel to increase the Size Jitter of the brush, that will give you varying size dots

You know, for paint shop pro tutorials, these work surprisingly well in photoshop^^ In fact I used the snowy background tutorial in my pic "Dashing through the Snow" and it turned out fantastic!
