Reno Xreader Chapter 9

Anger.

“WOULD YOU TWO STOP IT!?” You shouted making Reno and your father freeze in their places.

They have been arguing and bickering for the past week now and you have had enough…

“I’m going to work now! Reno you should leave soon too, Rude will be waiting, and dad, just stay out of trouble ok?” You said with a wave as you left the house not looking back and hoping not to hear any protesting from either of them.

You dad nudged Reno. “It would be ‘RUDE’ of you to keep your partner waiting.” And then he busted out laughing at his own stupid.

“Original.” Reno said as he left right after you did.

You unlocked your studio and let out a heavy sigh “At least it’ll be quiet here.”

A few people came and went, two photo shoots, and a few phone calls to set up appointments and what not, not a really busy day.

As you dusted off some of the equipment the bell to the front rang.

You turned the corner.

“Yo.” Reno said with his sexy smirk. He held out a cup of your favorite drink from the coffee shop.

“Awe Reno!” You said happily reaching for the drink.

“YO!!!!!” Your dad shouted bursting through the door running into Reno and slashing the drink all over him.

“MY SHIRT YO!” Reno shouted.

Your dad ignored. “I go you your favorite drink from the coffee shop!” You dad said holding out the exact same drink Reno had before he wore it on the front of his suit and shirt.

“Ummm…thanks…” you said hesitantly taking the drink and giving Reno the “I’m so sorry” look.

“Let’s go Reno.” Rude said taking Reno by the back of his suit and dragging him away.

“BUT MY SHIRT YO!!!” He shouted trying to wiggle free “I LOVE YOU (NAME)!!!”

“I love you too Reno!” You shouted back

“So, (name), busy?” You father asked eagerly

“Not really why?” You asked suspiciously

“I want to spend time with my daughter duh!!!” She slung his arm around your shoulders “I get bored when you go to work, and Reno drives me crazy when he’s around, and your cat is afraid of me.”

“The cat is afraid of you because you ran around the house pulling at the corners of your eyes shouting “HEY KITTY KITTY ME GOING TO EAT YOU!” and your proceeded to chase the poor thing around the house.”

“Heh, good times.” He smiled

“What about Vincent? Isn’t he supposed to be your best friend? Can’t you bother him?” You asked

“Nah, Vincent is a bore, only when he’s drunk can you get him to let loose” He chuckled

You rolled your eyes.

“But in all seriousness (name), I want to get to know you, you’re my daughter, I want you to telling everything about your life up until this point, your sister, your mother, your friends, Reno, Rude, Everything.” He said quite seriously

“Dad, I, I don’t know where to begin…”

“You are so much like your mother.” He said “She was the only one who could handle me.” He chuckled.

No wonder you could handle Reno so well…

“You know, she told us about all the time, how awesome of a person you were and how much she missed you, and how much I looked like you.” You smiled

“Well you do look like me, but you have your mother’s personality.” He said

Makes sense because you can handle Reno so well..

“Come on, let’s go for a walk.” You said with a smile.

“Alright! Sounds good to me!” He smiled

You locked up the studio and put a sign on the door ‘Will be back at 3 O’clock’

Reno changed into a new shirt and walked out of the bathroom of the Shinra building.

“Quit pouting.” Rude said to him

“I ain’t poutin yo!” Reno spat

“Alright Reno, whatever you say….”
