It's from Assassin's Creed. . . if you want to use it it's a publicly available image, I simply vectored it for my own amusement and reference purposes, but if you monetize it you may run into problems. Not with me, but with Ubisoft probably.

Me and my friends have formed a dance crew called Aquila Crew witch means "Eagle" Crew. We live in sweden and saw this amazing drawing that we all really liked, and we would like to ask if we could use this picture as our logo.
