Yes. Β Elsa is more fit to rule than she is as she's had the training, and she has the patience to see things through, but I also get the feeling that she would buckle under the responsibility without keeping her emotions in check. Β I can just see Elsa retiring to the mountains to live as a hermit among ice and snow.

You know... in Once Upon a Time season 4, Elsa has been trapped many years inside a magic urn, so in the meantime, Anna most likely had assume the responsibility of the throne.Β

9 times out of 10, she would never become queen. And the one time is because Elsa somehow died. It's why no one puts any pressure pon Prince Harry IRL. No one's nervous the oh-so-polished William is ever going to die, and the idea of him passing on the throne is not only unlikely, but fairly illegal in most countries. There are laws even royals can't touch for a few different reasons--though most of them are put into place to protect the common wealth from a possibly bad ruler/

I do agree that Anna would probably never have the full authoritative power, but I didn't want to just leave her out of the series. She is a princess after all!
