Many groups have a problem with this: the default setting of a new folder is open for admins, but closed to the members, so the admins don't notice the problem and wonder why the members submit only to the Featured folder. The reason is, it's the only folder that is open for submissions for them! I hope this tutorial helps the admins to fix the problem.Related content

I did exactly this, and for some reason, people can still only submit art under the "Featured" folder. The only way I seem to get artworks into my other gallery folders is if I request the artwork there. But otherwise, when people try to submit their art to my group, it only gives the option of "Featured". Please help!

I've found that you have to go under the other tabs (Such as founder co-founders and such and do the same thing you did in the members tab since it doesn't necessarily open the folders for everyone.)

If you are not a Founder of the group, it's possible you don't have all privileges that are needed to open the folders. If it's so, the Founder should do it, or change the privilege settings for other admin levels so they can do it as well.

That depends on the limitations that the founder set for co-founders. If he picked "have full control", then you should be able to do it.

This is the account that I have the problem with (Sorry for the confusion, haha x) But I've tried everything, and I am the Founder of the group. I've really tried everything, but either way, people can only submit to my "Featured" folder.
