Whew, finally T_T God, I was scared I wouldn't make it. All turned out good in the end, though ^^ I hope I will pass, I think it's a decent enough picture I'm sorry if it feels kind of rushed, because in all honesty, it is And about Lady, I draw her from sketch and it's my first drawing of a pet, so try not to mind, please xD

So here goes the story between my second entry to the Sweetix challenge:

The Story:

Artemisia looked around the huge shop contently and listened as the various voices of animals of all kind mingled together in a jubilous chorus. It had been merely a couple of weeks since she met the Sweetix girls, and slowly but surely, she was falling into step with their daily routine. This both amazed her and frightened her. It amazed her, because even with the passage of such short a time, she felt like she can trust these girls completely, and it frightened her because whenever she thought about her family and people, even a second she was going through in this realm seemed like an eternity.

Her thoughts were interrupted by Rosie's voice. "Are you okay?"

The lavender haired girl nodded with a grateful smile. "Yeah... I was just thinking."

"About what?"

Racking through her brain, she settled on a less painful subject so as not to ruin the mood in this serene place. "About this shop... It's a wonderful place. How nice of the Winx to give life to them -"

"And make them absolutely cute and loyal little friends for us." Rosie completed with a gentle smile as she took Lady, her pet ladybug, who had just had her daily bath, in her arms.

Artemisia opened her mouth to say something when she heard Mary, who was responsible for giving the pets a bath, calling from the other room. "Iris! Where is Yoni?"

Iris sighed as she appeared beside them with a sleeping bear cub in her arms. "In a minute!" she called to Mary, but when she looked at them, both Artemisia and Rosie felt her worry.

"He just wouldn't wake up." The blue haired fairy whispered to them, her tone reflecting irritability with a hint of worry. "I've tried everything, gosh, I even put on a rock band. I swear he's like he has gone into winter slumber."

"Shall I bring out the chocolate cupcake? He never stays still whenever he smells one." Rosie offered with a giggle.

"Why don't you let me try?" Artemisia said suddenly, already forming the solution in her mind. It was one of the basic spells she learned in Vivieldis. She ignored the pang in her heart to concentrate on the matter - concentration was essential. "Just give him to me." she said, reaching for the cub in Iris's arms.

Iris shrugged, curious to see what this is about. "There you go," she said, dropping Yoni in the younger fairy's arms.

Artemisia turned half her back to them as she focused her being solely on the cub, not aware of the fact that Rosie and Iris had approached her from behind, peeking over her shoulder. The lavender haired girl take a breath, exhaled, and then inhaled again with a slow and precise rythym, one that only she knows about. A light blue glow formed between her hands as she let Yoni soar in the air before her.

The room suddenly seemed to fill with a warm, gentle breeze as life energy is renewed in every being around her. Artemisia could feel even herself get more lively and energetic. As Yoni slowly opened his eyes and looked around, other pets, including Lady who had freed herself from Rosie's arms, gathered around the young fairy and started playing with each other, making squealing noises. Artemisia looked at Yoni, who was still blinking at her, possibly trying to understand why he was woken up and why he was feeling so good. The fairy smiled at him. "Good morning, sleepy head. Now off you go to the bath."

Iris and Rosie's eyes met, and they couldn't help but smile brightly at each other. "Mission accomplished!" Iris winked at her friend and nudged her lightly. "Now why don't we go hit the floor before this new found energy wears off?"
