I've liked your other stuff, but this is probably one of your best for me!
There's great color contrast, with the color choices themselves are very vibrant and full of life.
Holo herself is one of my favorite anime girls, and you've done her justice in a ton of small ways! Her expression, the mannerisms, dress and mannerisms are all suitably Holo-esque. This honestly feels like what Holo would look like if the writer and original decided to go in that direction with her.
As a small aside, I will also say that I really enjoy seeing larger girls drawn in well fitting daily wear. Just a personal preference thing, but I really enjoyed seeing it here.
So yeah; it's an awesome piece. Great work!
