This is my second tutorial hair. I'm not a very good teacher to teach ...
I hope you understand my creative process.
I have several ways of doing hair, this is one of the easiest!
If you have used my tutorials, I'd love to know if it was of good use.

I didn't try with this photo but I tried here [link] I know it's not fantastic,but it's the best I could do with a mouse

I would have used the brushes,but I do not have photoshop,and I have yet to figure out how to use photoshop brushes on GIMP

this is cool.. but can this be done with a mouse.. or only Tablet to get the perfect look

It really is easier to do with a digital pen. But with the right brush, helps draw.
