Description
South Carolina, alias Jimmy Harper, for 's . He's a politician, a smooth talker with greased hair and an equally greased smile, whom you might suspect as more than capable of lying. Nevertheless, he's very polite and epitomizes the Southern gentleman. Used to own a famous speakeasy in Charleston until the end of Prohibition, after which the speakeasy became a (legal) bar and lounge. Loves cars and going fast, which is why he hangs out with Indiana a lot. Reserved and diplomatic, he always puts on a smile which he shows to everyone, masking his true emotions. Has a somewhat strained relationship with his brother, North Carolina (aka Chuck Harper).Charleston is represented by the widow's peak down the middle of his hairline.

Oh, I like this one I was wondering if I could use your OC for a cosplay? There is this group on youtube called WorldDominationOC ([link] ) that I was planning on joining, but I didn't know what to do for Good Ole' South Carolina and I just love your design. And of course I will give you credit in each video ;D

By all means! Ha, I never thought someone would actually pick that design for a cosplay. When do you think the cosplay will start? I'd love to see it become real.

My roses, perfect?
Practice, I guess. Plus I spend a lot of time looking at pictures of men wearing flowers on their lapels. I have a certain obsession for formal wear, you see. Especially suits - I must be obsessed, because I can actually tell you that in the old days, men would wear carnations too on their lapels. That's why some of the flowers on men's lapels in some pictures look different from roses.
I'm sure it'll take some practice on your part as well, but nothing incurable.
