Brillant work on the color... And the drawing too is very delicate. Congratulations...
The color mood suggest some positive vibration, but this series of lines on the belly -even if it's supposed to be the dress- give a feeling of sad tension in her body... Maybe this girl is deep in toughts (as say the title), but she seems also suffering something physical inside of her. Well, that's how I feel it...
Anyway, this is a really beautiful work, very emotional.

Thank you for your words, once again. I think I chose those colours because I think they're dreamy, and I love how they go together. But I think she is suffering, suffering inside. Her emotions, and how she feels. She I drew those to emphasize her ribs, to make it look alien and sickly.
