Hey guys, look at what I did

1. Cynder-
Main Element: Fear (you'll find out why later on, MUCH later on)
Magic and Speed type
Personality: Polite, anti-social, very insecure, bi-polar.
Artist comments: Now incase some of my newer fans didn't know this; but I really DO NOT LIKE Cynder, at all. I could go on the reasons on why, but this isn't about her, it's about her design and why I choose this for her. Well the first thing that I did was get rid of those damn s&m shackles off of her. In TEN, I liked her better without them because they symbolized her freedom from the Dark Master, but then Mike fuckin whateverhislastnameis decided to put them back on her to symbolize her getting over her past.... BULLSHIT! I honestly believe that they could have done something else to have symbolized that, like maybe... I don't know, but some random mole kid runs up to her, unafraid, and hands her this nice and pretty necklace to show that there are some people who have looked over her past deeds and appericiate her as someone good and maybe Cynder wears that to show that while she can't forget her past, she can help make her future better or something. Also I decided to make her wings all tattered looking like in she was in ANB, because they looked cool and showed that she has been in battle. Another thing that I did was getting rid of most of her elements like shadow, poison, wind and convexity, mainly because I thought it was utter Bull shit that they did that (touched by darkness my pale ass).

2. Ember-
Main Element: Illusion (I'll get to this later)
Balance type
Personality: Kind, very motherly at times, loyal to a fault.
Artist Comments: When I first joined the Spyro fandom, I basically believed what everyone else talked about her at first. But then I got around to looking up the walkthrough on AHT as well as a bit on SL... And I realized just how sorry I felt for this character. She get's all this backlash about being bitchy and possessive when she's already got a boyfriend and has been put into this negative light. Well not me dammit, I'm not going to follow the herd and go down that road, I'll grab a tiny butter knife and carve my own. So the first thing that I knew that I wanted to do was make her rather muscle (as a sort of ironic opposite of Cynder who, while fighting a war, is rather skinny and anorexic looking, Ember perfers to avoid fights but looks as if she could break a boulder withut even trying). Next came her element, now from what I have found out is that a good majority of fans have Ember either be a Fire or Ice or Electricity.... Well I wanted to see if I could make up an element and not have it be all powering and what not. So that's when I got the idea of having an element that while it is effective at confusing enemies and commanding them to do whatever, it's also not very effective as an offensive type, so the user will have to physically deal in some damage instead.

3. Lava-
Main Element: Wind
Flight and Magic type
Personality: Flirty, total mama's girl, playful, quick to judge others.
Artist Comments: Lava was one of the first OC's that I had created when I first joined the fandom (the other two were Ash and Skorch). I already knew what her basic colors were going to be, it was her overall design that gave me a bit of trouble. At first she was named Aurora, but that made no sense so she became and earth element type named Gaia... But I didn't really like that about her so I changed it again to Lava (I wanted to have this firey/volcanic theme names going on here). Once I was done with that, I knew right then and there that Lava was not a fighter per say, but rather and entertainer, someone who can raise morale while providing a small glimmer of hope.

4. Plasma-
Main Element: Shadow (It's also the reason why her scale color is purple)
Speed, Flight, and Magic Type
Personality: manipulative, clever, over protective of her sisters, very vindictive.
Artist Comments: Ok, when I first designed Plasma, she was originally going to be making fun of all of the 'Sparkle Dragons' and their over the top background stories. But as time went on, I came to realize that she was far to cool of a character to be subjected as a parody. So I ended up reworking the 2nd part of the story in her favor and so far it's looking pretty sweet (well, it will be if I ever finish up he 1st part).

5. Therma-
Main Element: Poison
Strength type
Personality: Tomboy, blunt at times, easygoing
Artist Comments: When I first drew Therma, she was incredibly skinny. Then after a while she somehow or another became a she-hulk. To this day I still wonder what the hell I was on when I drew Therma.

6. Dust-
Main Element: Ice
Magic type
Personality: Shy, soft-spoken, very low self-esteem, very artistic
Artist Comments: I love Dust and I am very proud of that. When I was first designing Dust, I knew She had to have this long mopey face and potbelly (you know, just to add on to her list of things she hates about herself). I had a helluva lot of trouble with her tail end and was on the edge of ripping out my hair in frustration when I saw the ice sculpture battle on the food network and instantly knew what her tail end would be.

Hopefully once I've taken care of the first part of Mythology and moved on towards the second art, you'll all come to like some of the girls too.
