Description The Criosphinx is another one of my creatures from the Egyptian setting (where a character mine from this species is Nebka) [link] . The jewelry they wear are put on them by the humans to keep them in the area of the pyramids and tombs.

A domesticated criosphinx is friendly and will help anyone if needed. But wild criosphinxes will attack if anyone gets close to their herd/pack. Young male criosphinxes are know for attacking anything that moves for fun and to show off to other criosphinxes. Criosphinxes are carnivorous and hunt as a pair or a pack. Sometime wandering male will hunt by themself. For wild criosphinxes Icars do look like a good food option. Criosphinxes can grow to 4 to 9 ft in length and up to 600Ib.

The Criosphinx is a Egyptian mythical beast.Β  It pretty much is like the Egyptian Sphinx with a rams head.Β  You can find statues of them in Egypt. Β  I did make some of the info up for a game since there was not much info on it.Β

Thanks!

Very nice! Interesting description about this creature and great pictures!

Where do you get all ideas for these creatures of your?

Thanks! I end up coming up with random creatures a lot when I just end up sketching in my sketch book while I am hanging with my friend. But my ideas do come a lot about what I know about animals and mythology.

Yep, you must have a lot base knowledge about those things to make creatures beliavable.

I could easily imagine these creatures running around pyramids.
