I made a mini-tutorial. It's more like my process, but if it helps people, that's awesome. It's not very detailed, so maybe I'll make a more in-depth tutorial later. (if you have suggestions, let me know.)

I draw profiles in a few seconds using this method. I'll do more detailed profiles for finished work, but this is how I do my doodle profiles. x3 (I'm a lefty, so I find drawing people facing this way easier. If you are right-handed, try drawing profiles the other direction. You might find it easier.)
