I’ve been slowly working on this over the past couple of weeks. It takes place in the same college AU I drew a previous piece for ( here: [link] ).

A couple of notes about the details in the scene:

The Gray’s Anatomy on the bedside table uses the same cover as my raggedy old copy. It came from my great-grandfather, a surgeon who served in the world war.

Speaking of which, I drew the skull study on the wall by referencing Gray’s. You can see it in full here: [link]

The shirt and shorts on the floor are the actual King’s College Rugby Club kit colours. However, I went with striped socks because … reasons.
