Description So here is the water tutorial featuring =wLadyB91 's O.C Kayloh I will do the fire one, sometime next week
Sorry for it being huge and if you got any questions or get confused, just ask and I'll try to answer them the best I can Also I forgot to take screen shots near the end, so that is why there is a lot of writing
I used photoshop CS3 paint tool sai and my bamboo tablet.
