Yes this is how I colour eyes
asked for me to do a tutorial about how I colour eyes so here it is
Hope it helps and makes sense.Any questions feel free to ask
I use photoshop CS3 for this and my tablet. I dunno what it would be be like to use in sai, gimp, or paintshop pro as I haven't tried it on them. But if it does work on them let me know.
When following this tutorial always make sure you zoom out after each step to see if your happy with how your eyes are looking.
I also didn't check for spelling or grammer mistakes so if there is just ignore it
my spelling sucks!

It might work on sai I've not tried it on there since I only do cell shading on sai
