Haha, totally! XD I could imagine the context of the movement-inhibiting coats probably came into play for him as a slight punishment for complaining so bad last time he had to go out on a mission in the cold. He gave them such a bad time about how cold he was last time, so they made sure that he would NEVER whine about being chilly again!
