You can tell I’m still obsessing over a thing hard when I start drawing fanart for a prequel book %) seriously though, if you love Incredibles and still haven’t read ‘A Real Stretch’, go read it - it’s a really entertaining story which is set in the golden age of supers, and is told from Elastigirl's POV. We'll probably never know unless we get a prequel movie ;; but I guess she loved him for his kind heart and how gentle and loving he actually was despite being super-strong, and how he genuinely loved helping people and had it as his #1 priority (judging by the same NSA files, not all supers did). That's my guess, maybe someone should ask Brad Bird about this on Twitter

Ooh, good idea! Aww, that's a really good and sweet guess. Seeing Mr Incredible and Elastigirl together really warms my heart. They genuinely love each other, and make each other happy. And I love Elastigirl, Violet, and Voyd. Their my favorite characters!!
