Kaa isn't the only one who's known me for years

Well, after quite a while of emotional setbacks and spending time playing on my 3DS, have one of a couple drawings I just finished up (the next will follow after I post this). Just a simple little comic showing a little of my history in the Pokemon fandom, for no other reason than the fun of it. If you can't tell, the picture frames show, in order, my time in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, all those years ago, all culminating in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in the bottom panel, since I have both now.

To give a little backstory, Ruby was my first Pokemon game out of the main series. Sapphire was my brother's, but I eventually got it because I had lost the Ruby cartridge and he lost interest in Pokemon (he's become a bit of a genwunner these days). Emerald came later, of course, and it's the only one left now. Even back then, Maxie was my favorite out of him and Archie, even though he beat me on a couple of occasions (I wasn't the best trainer as a kid). Weird how I would grow to have a crush on him come the remakes, isn't it?

I don't own anything but me. Game Freak owns Archie and Maxie, both versions of them.
