Description Heheh. I was watching Sesame Street on the "telly" with my little sister this morning, and this image popped into my head....

Elmo has always been my favorite of the Muppets characters since I was a kid. This is the first time I have ever drawn him, and I must say that I had fun doing so.

Awesome! I love it when you use colour, and this no exception. I would say that you should make the shadows a bit darker though, then it will be fantastic. :]

Really? Well, thank you, rachel! I'm not too big on using color myself since I usually screw up the drawing in the end. (snigger)

Mmm. Yeah, I think you're right. I played with the shadows a lot before I submitted the final composition, but now that I look at it again you do have a point.

Yeah, you should definitely draw with colour more often! I'm sure the final products aren't as bad as you think they are.

Aww, I love Elmo! He's probably my second favorite sesame street character right after Grover. I love his expression in this pic, it's adorable. My only recomendation would be making his arms skinnier.

Mmm. Skinnier arms. Gotcha. I did tweak his design a little bit on purpose so as I could draw him in my own style, but I could have made an exception with the arms.
